Richard subsequently pivoted to a highly successful career in the hotel and travel industry, where he earned top sales honors with global brands including Marriott and Hilton. When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the hospitality industry, Richard returned to his insurance roots by joining Strategic Claim Consultants, the premier public adjusting and insurance consulting firm in the Southeast. Since joining SCC, he has worked on fire and water claims locally for both residential and commercial properties, as well as major disaster recovery efforts in multiple states following hurricanes and severe storms.
