Michale’s insurance adjusting career began in 1997 with Federated Mutual Insurance. During his time there, he received comprehensive training that allowed him to handle all lines of claims for both commercial and residential properties. After 4.5 years at Federated, he became independent and started working for IA firms before forming Adjusting Services LLC, in 2007. 

Originally from Tampa and went to Chamberlain High School before attending Edison Community College (now Florida Southwestern State College) from ’91-’93, where he played baseball. Then continuing education at USF where he graduated in ’97 while also serving as a reservist for the Florida Army National Guard.

With SCC since February of 2023, he finds fulfillment in utilizing his professional skills as an adjuster every day. In his free time, nothing beats spending quality time with family alongside partaking in a mix of sports such as tennis, pickleball, golfing or fishing; truly anything active!
