With over 50 years of experience in construction and insurance, Jerry has become a recognized expert in managing large loss claims. One of his most notable achievements is overseeing one of the largest claims ever settled in the industry. Unlike most adjusters, Jerry embraces complex cases, using his unique background to understand issues of structures that would typically challenge other insurance professionals.

Jerry’s journey began in childhood when he worked with his father to build their family home— a house his brother still lives in today. After graduating from LeTourneau University with triple majors, Jerry transitioned from hands-on construction work to insurance adjustment. His expertise gained significant recognition after Hurricane Katrina, when he played a key role in future storm response efforts, including international projects in Mexico.

As a licensed multi-state adjuster and Certified Property Insurance Appraiser (CPIA), Jerry serves as both an appraiser and umpire in complicated cases. He also holds a building envelope certification and stays up to date with the latest construction materials and techniques. This combination of practical construction experience and insurance knowledge enables him to identify repair solutions that other adjusters often miss. After many years as an Independent Adjuster (IA), Jerry shifted to become a Public Adjuster, where he continues to advocate for fair claim settlements.
