Jay Kramer leads a nationwide effort to expand SCC’s footprint as the premier public adjusting firm in the industry. As a multi-state Licensed Public Insurance Adjuster, Jay has quickly become one of the industry’s most talented and successful leaders in client acquisition. He assisted dozens of high-rise condominiums throughout Florida’s panhandle extending to Mississippi’s Gulf coast during Hurricane Michael, Delta, Zeta, and Sally. Pivoting to a focus on commercial real estate, Jay spent time directing the recovery efforts for business owners and investment groups during the “Derecho” that devastated Cedar Rapids, Iowa. With his diverse expertise, Jay assisted SCC in obtaining successful recoveries for some of the most high-profile restaurants and business owners after Hurricane Ida.

Jay attended Illinois Wesleyan University and was a member of the college basketball team for two years, later transferring to Illinois State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Following graduation, Jay obtained a prestigious internship with Interpol in Washington, DC. Jay and his wife have three children, and he enjoys spending time coaching their athletic teams.
