Claims Administrator

Heather recently moved from Texas to Georgia in 2020 where she joined SCC team members helping clients recover from Hurricane Ida in 2021. Heather comes to Strategic Claim Consultants with over 27 years in Customer Service. Her strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with both clients and carriers makes her a perfect claims administrator for our Natural Disaster teams. Heather attended Eastern Florida State College on an athletic scholarship for Volleyball. She finished up her college education in Hospitality Management at Collin College in Frisco, Texas while working in her career field as a manager in a multimillion-dollar restaurant group. The Hospitality Industry paved the way for Heather’s transition into the Claims Administrator position.
