Caleb Pallay has been an Insurance Adjuster and Public Adjuster since 2016 and works in the office as our Southwest Operations Manager. Caleb helps oversee the day-to-day operations of each one of our files and works closely with our clients to keep them informed on the status of their claim.

Caleb holds IICRC certification for Water Restoration and Applied Structural Drying and is proficient with Xactimate.

Caleb received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in accounting from Kent State University in Ohio. He is based in our Dripping Springs office and resides in the Austin area.
