Alex Hernandez has been working in the industry since 2018. Prior to being an adjuster, he worked mitigation, construction, and as an estimator apprentice. Alex has obtained his All-Lines License, Public Insurance Adjuster License, IICRC certifications for Water Restoration/Applied Structural Drying, and is currently studying for his Associates in Claims and Risk Management. Skills also include proficiency in Xactimate, Matterport, and droning. As a Public Insurance Adjuster, he has the responsibility of site inspections, investigations of damage to building systems, forming a damage assessment report, and working on the claim till a fair claim settlement is achieved.
