Alex Hernandez has been working in the industry since 2018. Prior to being an adjuster, he worked mitigation, construction, and as an estimator apprentice. Alex has obtained his All-Lines License, Public Insurance Adjuster License, IICRC certifications for Water Restoration/Applied Structural Drying, and is currently studying for his Associates in Claims and Risk Management. Skills also include proficiency in Xactimate, Matterport, and droning. As a Public Insurance Adjuster, he has the responsibility of site inspections, investigations of damage to building systems, forming a damage assessment report, and working on the claim till a fair claim settlement is achieved. Alex mostly works on the catastrophe team and has worked Hurricane Harvey, Maria, Michael, Delta, Beta, Laura, Sally, Nicholas, and Ida. He is also familiar with fire, smoke, flood, freeze, windstorms, hailstorms, tornados, vandalism, and water damage claims.
