In 2021, Craig made the strategic decision to sell his interest in his previous firm and launched Omni Claim Solutions, a specialized loss consulting firm focusing on multi-million-dollar catastrophic claims nationwide. This venture demonstrated his expertise in handling the most complex and high-value claims while building a reputation for exceptional results and client service. Recognizing the strategic value of combining forces with his largest competitor, Craig and Brandon Lewis, CEO of Strategic Claim Consultants, negotiated a groundbreaking union that aligned two of the top companies in the industry. This merger represents Craig’s vision for creating unprecedented capabilities and setting the elite standard for professional claim representation across the nation for decades to come.
Craig is frequently invited to speak on numerous panels and present on complex insurance claim issues throughout the country, reflecting his recognition as a thought leader and subject matter expert. Craig was introduced to the property claims industry as an independent claims adjuster in 2011, where he developed foundational knowledge of carrier operations, claim handling procedures, and industry practices. His transition to public adjusting in 2015 marked the beginning of his rapid rise to prominence in the field.
With guidance, training, and mentorship from some of the top experts in the industry, Craig quickly became recognized by his peers as one of the top public adjusting executives in the country under the age of 40. This recognition reflects both his natural abilities and his commitment to continuous learning and
professional development.
Since 2015, Craig and his teams have achieved remarkable success, successfully obtaining claim settlements for their clients that exceed half a billion dollars. Craig’s athletic background includes graduation from the University of South Florida, where he lettered as a member of the football program. Following his collegiate playing career, he spent time in the National Football League as a linebacker for the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Jets, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This professional sports experience developed his competitive drive, teamwork skills, and ability to perform under pressure—qualities that translate directly to his success in high-stakes claims negotiations.
Currently residing in Tampa, Craig balances his demanding professional responsibilities with his commitment to family. He and his wife, Jennifer, have four children: Brayden (age 13), Emery (age 8), Ethan (age 6), and Harlow (age 2).
